-THANK YOU FOR JOINING THE HANSEN VINEYARD WINE CLUB. I acknowledge that I have agreed to accept a minimum of 2 shipments of 4 bottles of wine. The 1st and 2nd shipments are offered to me as a club member for a 25% discount. Following my initial two shipments, I then become an active elite member and will receive a 35% discount on all purchases and wine club shipments thereafter.
-Policies: I understand that I may cancel my membership after receiving 2 shipments without further obligation.
-I understand that I am responsible for an early cancellation fee of $75.00, should I not receive 2 shipments.
-I understand that my cancellation must be in writing (email will suffice).
-It is my obligation to notify Hansen Vineyards & Winery of any address or credit card changes before wine is shipped and I will be responsible for any extra shipping charges incurred due to misdirected wine.
-I understand that my shipment will be held (for Pick Up), a maximum of 90 days, at which time it will be shipped to me, at my expense.
-I authorize Hansen Vineyards to charge my credit card for the cost of each shipment, plus taxes and shipping prior to each shipment.
-Void where prohibited. All Alcoholic Beverages are sold in California at the winery and title passes to the buyer.
